The Object Of The Demolition Work Is The Old Health Center Located In Joutsa, Myllytie 8. The Work Also Includes Earthworks For The Site. The Building Was Built In 1980. The Building Has An Above-Ground Floor And A Basement. The Ground Level Descends On The South Side Of The Building, So The Basement Is Only Partially Below The Ground Level. The Building Is Mostly In Its Original Condition And The Surfaces Are Largely Original. The Premises On The Ground Floor Have Functioned As A Health Center. The Basement Has Technical Spaces Such As The Heat Distribution Room And Sprinkler Center Spaces. The Basement Floor Also Has The Former Dental Clinic And Central Kitchen Facilities. Contract Period August 2024 - December 2024. The Offer Is Given Vat 0%, As A Total Price Contract. Before The Start Of The Demolition Work On The Sites, A Demolition Inspection Will Be Carried Out With The Customer And The Contractor. The Demolition Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor.
