Telemetry Surveillance System – Upgrade Of Existing Irrigation Infrastructure And Development Of An Comprehensive Telemetry-Management System With The Purpose Of Increase The Energy Efficiency, At The Lesiniou Water Supply. The Physical Object Of The Sub-Project Upgrade Of Existing Irrigation Infrastructures And Development Of An Integrated Remote Management-Telemetering System With The Purpose Of Increase Energy Efficiency, At Toeb Lesiniou Concerns The Information Gathering System, Supervisory Control, Automation, Management And Intervention In Its Operation Network Consisting Of The Following Parts: 1. One (1) Network Information Gathering, Supervisory Control And Management System Consisting Of Four (4) Local Control Stations Which Will Be Installed In Respective Pumping Stations/Reservoirs As Well As Three Hundred And Eighty Two (382) Irrigation Systems With A Prepaid Card To The Irrigation Network Infrastructure Of The Municipality 2. One (1) Central Control Station (Csc) Which Will Include The Installation Of A Central Control System That Aims To Gather All Data From Local Facilities And Their Overall Processing For The Purpose Of Energy System Management, The Immediate And Global Presentation Of Water Balances, Data Analysis For Stock Management, Strategy Formulation, Demand Forecasting, Decision Support And Water Resources Operation Rules. 3. Communications Network For The Telecommunication Of The Local Control Stations As Well As The Prepaid Card Irrigation Systems With The Kse Consisting Of The Necessary Communication Hardware And Software. 4. Upgrade Of The Existing Electromechanical Equipment As Described In The Technical Description And Technical Specifications Issues. There Will Be A Test Operation Of The Entire System For A Period Of Two (2) Months, After The Delivery And Installation Of The System, With Simultaneous Observance Of The Control, Measurement And Maintenance Programs , Which Will Be Delivered To The Technical Service. Training Of The Services Personnel During The 2-Month Trial Period, In The Operation, Maintenance, Repairs, Adherence To Measurement Programs, Etc. Of The Supply And Its Supply With The Corresponding Complete Electronic And Paper Programs, Books, Manuals, Spare Parts Lists And Instructions For The Correct , Orderly And Long-Term Operation Of The System. Finally, A Period Of Guaranteed Operation Is Included With A Minimum Duration Of 2 Years And A Maximum Of 5 Years, As Described In Paragraphs 2.3.1 & 6.6 Hereof.
