The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Delivery Of An Atomic Layer Deposition (Ald) System That Will Be Used In The Ceitec Nano Laboratory. The Device Applies (Deposits) Thin Layers By Monolayers On Different Types Of Materials. It Will Make It Possible To Deposit Oxides (Al2o3, Tio2, Sio2), Nitrides (Aln,Tin), Sulfides (Zns,Ws2) And Pure Metals (Pt, Fe). The Applied Layers Will Have A High Homogeneity In Thickness And Cover Structured And Porous Materials Very Well. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Defined In Detail By Technical, Commercial And Other Contractual Conditions, Which Will Be Part Of The Tender Documentation.
