The Subject Of The Procurement Are The Following Goods And Services For Professional Use, For Example For Renovation Construction, Real Estate, Building Technology And Technical Maintenance, Maintenance And Care: • R – Construction And Hardware Products • Hvac Heating, Plumbing And Ventilation Products (Hvac Technical Products) • S - Electrical Technical Products • A – Control And Automation Products Related To The Buildings Technical Systems • Construction And Hvac Spare Parts And Accessories • Personal Safety Accessories And Accessories, Safety Footwear • General Supplies. For Example, Painters Tape, Protective And Packaging Tapes • Daily Goods. For Example, Tissue Paper (Toilet, Hand, Etc.), Absorbent Cloths, Cleaning Cloths And Towels, - Rolls. • First Aid Supplies • Customer-Specific Customized Products / Product Packages • Services Related To The Above Goods The Government Customers Of Hansel Oy (Hereinafter Hansel) Make Purchases Among Suppliers Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Through Dpss Internal Tenders. Customers Tenders Can Be Scheduled For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Procurement Phase Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Hansel Has The Right To Suspend The Dynamic Procurement System. If The Dynamic Procurement System Is Interrupted Before Its Announced End, All Concluded Agreements For Participation In The Dynamic Procurement System Will Be Terminated Without Separate Notice. Procurement Contracts Can Only Be Concluded During The Validity Period Of The Dps. The Duration Of The Procurement Contract Can Be A Maximum Of Six (6) Years And It Can Be Valid Until July 7, 2028 At The Most. Purchases (Orders) Based On The Procurement Contract Can Be Made During The Period Of Validity Of The Procurement Contract.
