The Proponent (Band) Must Have At Least 05 (Five) Years Experience And Have Already Performed At A Public Event (Proof Through A Contractual Instrument Published In The Official Gazette Of The Municipality Or Other Administrative Document), Category B: Will Be Bands Chosen, 05 (Five) Years., Category C: Groups Or Bands Will Be Chosen, With At Least 04 (Four) Musicians, According To The Program Stipulated By The Requester. The Proponent (Group Or Band) Must Have Experience Of 02 (Two) Years., Category D: Musical Projects Will Be Chosen (Individual Artist, Voice And Guitar, Groups), According To The Program Stipulated By The Applicant, Category E: Musical Projects Will Be Chosen From Popular Demonstrations With Traditional Roots And Ternos De Reis For Presentations With A Minimum Duration Of 90 Minutes And A Maximum Of 150 Minutes, According To The Schedule Stipulated By The Requester.
