The Council Is Seeking To Implement A New Customer Payment Model Where Customers Make A One-Off Annual Payment For The Service And Receive A Bin Sticker To Identify That Bin As Having Been Paid For And That The Waste Service Provider’S Crew Should Therefore Empty It Services To Include Provision Of An Ict Solution That Can Interface With And Is Interoperable With The Council’S Crm Cloud Solution (Currently Goss Crm), Allowing Relevant Household And Permit Information To Be Shared With The Service Provider’S System. The Council Will Be Responsible For Interfacing The Service Providers Solution With Goss Crm (Using The Service Provider’S Api) And The Service Provider Must Provide Technical Support And Reasonable Assistance, Including In Respect Of The Testing Of Such Interface(S) At No Additional Cost To The Council. The Service Provider Must Also Ensure That Its Services, Including Interfaces And The Interoperability Of Its Ict System, Remains Compatible With The Council’S Crm System Throughout The Contract Period.
