With This Announcement, The Hus Group Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) For The Acquisition Of Various Facility Maintenance And Equipment Maintenance Detergents, Cleaning And Disinfectants And Accessories, As Well As Additional Services Related To These. The Products And Services To Be Procured Are Defined In More Detail In Each Internal Competition Of The Dynamic Procurement System. We Are Asking For Applications To Participate In The Facility Maintenance And Equipment Maintenance Washing, Cleaning And Disinfecting Agents And Supplies In The Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Also Dps). As A Rule, Various Products Are Purchased From The System For The Use Of Specialized Medical Care And Basic Healthcare Support Services. The Product Groups To Be Procured Include, Among Others: - Washing, Cleaning And Disinfectants For Equipment Maintenance - Washing, Cleaning And Disinfectants For Facility Maintenance - Washing, Cleaning And Disinfectants For Households And Large Households - Containers And Dispensers For Washing And Cleaning Agents - Various Cleaning Tools And Accessories With This Dynamic Procurement System, Hus Aims To Acquire Detergents, Cleaners And Disinfectants As Well As Supplies Whose Valid Contract Period Is Coming To An End Or Which Are Not Taken Into Account In The Currently Valid Procurement Contracts Or Whose Procurement Need Has Arisen Unexpectedly Due To Changed Needs Or Care Practices. In Addition To The Hus Corporation (Hus), Products That Can Be Tendered Through The Dynamic Procurement System Can Be Purchased For The Defense Forces, The Following Yta Regions: Kymenlaakso Welfare Region, South Karelia Welfare Region And Päijät-Häme Welfare Region, As Well As For The Following Hus Group Owner Members: City Of Helsinki, Eastern Uusimaa Welfare Region, Central Uusimaa Welfare Area, Vantaa And Kerava Welfare Area And West Uusimaa Welfare Area. The Included Welfare Areas Are Defined Separately In Each Internal Competition. The Dynamic Procurement System For Detergents, Cleaning And Disinfectants And Supplies (Dps) For Plant Maintenance And Equipment Maintenance Is Valid Until 31 May 2028, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended By A Separate Announcement. Hus Estimates At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation That 10-40 Tenders Will Be Published Within The Dynamic Procurement System During The Years 2024-2028. The Amount Is A Preliminary Estimate, Which Can Change Significantly When The Need For Competition And Product Grouping Becomes Clear Later. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation, Hus Estimates The Total Value Of The Entire Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System To Be A Maximum Of 20,000,000 Euros, Taking Into Account All Possible Procurements Made In The System. The Estimate Is Preliminary And Is Based On The Currently Known Procurement Need. Hus Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities Or Quantity Purchase Obligations With This Announcement. Participation Applications Can Be Submitted To The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Duration. It Is Valid Until The Date Indicated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Suspended Or The Dynamic Procurement System Is Changed
