Repair And Maintenance Services Of Cooler Groups. The Subject Of The Performance Is The Provision Of Regular Service Work, I.E. Periodic Service Inspection And Revision (Flat-Rate Activity) And The Provision Of Other Services (On Order) With The Aim Of Maintaining In Good Technical And Operable Condition, In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, The Clients Technologies Located In The Contractors Buildings, Which The Contractor Is Responsible For Managing. The Commitment Of The Selected Supplier Also Applies To Newly Acquired Technologies That The Contracting Authority Acquires During The Duration Of The Contract. As Part Of The Work, The Contractor Will Carry Out Periodic Service Inspections And Revisions (Professional Tests) Of Air-Conditioning And Air-Conditioning Equipment, As Part Of Each Individual Service Inspection, The Contractor Will Change Filters And, For Used Filters, Ensure Their Ecological Disposal (The Replacement Of Filters And Their Ecological Disposal Must Be Included In The Price Of Periodic Service Inspections), According To The Frequencies Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Contract. During These Periodic Service Inspections And Revisions, The Supplier Will Remove Minor Defects Found During The Inspections. Minor Defects Mean Adjusting And Checking The Functionality Of The Device (Including Differential Manostats), Tightening, Lubrication, Replacement Of Connecting Material, Etc.
