Sewage Work – Hd-Cl- G1b – Expansion And Rehabilitation Of Seau Geoagiu And Seau Brad, Rehabilitation Of The Criscior Treatment Station, Rehabilitation And Expansion Of The Source, Treatment, Pumping Station, Reservoir, Adduction Geoagiu. The Design Activities That The Contractor Will Perform Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Following Main Services Presented In The Table Of Contents Below And Which Are Described In The Following, Collectively Referred To As The Design Documentation: No. Crt. Deliverable Name 1 Detailed Geotechnical Study 2 Detailed Topographic Study 3 Hydrogeological Study 4 Technical Execution Project And Execution Details 5 Technical Project For Diverting/Protecting Existing Utility Networks On Site 6 Technical Documentation For Obtaining All Approvals And Agreements 7 Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Authorization Of Construction 8 Technical Documentation For The Organization Of Execution 9 As-Built Technical Project Field And Other Studies, As Appropriate, Will Be Carried Out For The Preparation Of Technical Execution Projects, Including Execution Details That Meet The Quality Requirements Imposed By The Legislation Design And Construction In Effect. The Activities That The Contractor Will Carry Out Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Following Works: • Expansion And Rehabilitation Of The Geoagiu Treatment Plant; • Expansion And Rehabilitation Of The Brad Sewage Treatment Plant; • Construction Of Densifier And Rehabilitation Of Criscior Pumping Station; • Rehabilitation Of The Geoagiu Spring. Extension Of Pumping Station, Tank, Treatment Station, Adduction Folorât (Geoagiu). The Contractors Activity Refers To: A. Adaptation To The Terrain; B. Construction And Installation Works; C. Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D. Testing And Commissioning; E. Monitoring The Operation During The Warranty Period; F. Remedy Of Defects That Occurred During The Warranty Period According To The General Conditions Of The Contract; G. Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff. Suspension Clause: The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under This Suspensive Clause, Meaning That The Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Conditional On The Allocation Of Budget Credits For This Purpose, The Signing Of The Contract Being Done In Compliance With The Provisions Regarding The Commitment Of Expenses From The Budgets That Fall Under The Legislation On Public Finances. Considering The Provisions Of Law 99/2016 On Public Procurement And H.G. No. 394/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Specifies That It Will Conclude The Contract With The Bidder Declared The Winner Only To The Extent That The Funds Necessary For The Purchase Will Be Secured By Allocating Budget Credits For This Purpose. In The Event That, Although The Necessary Legal Steps Will Be Initiated, It Will Not Be Possible To Obtain The Financing Of The Investment, Respectively The Financing Contract Will Not Be Signed Within 6 Months From The Date Of Approval Of The Procedure Report, The Award Procedure Will Be Canceled By Law, Under The Conditions That There Is No Other Source Of Financing, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 225,
