Subsequently, The Market May Be Expanded With Possible Other Parts, Not Initially Included In The List Of Articles Attached To The Special Specifications (Which Are Necessary For The Drivers Seats). Successful Bidders Will Then Be Asked To Submit An Offer For The Additional Items. The Number Of Participants Envisaged Is Preferably A Maximum Of 2, With The Second Highest Ranked Bidder, In Descending Order, Acting As A Back-Up.
