Food, Beverages, Tobacco And Related Products - Ready Meals For Patient And Staff Meals. The Hus Group Is Requesting Offers For Patient And Staff Food. With Patient And Staff Food Refers To The Ready-Made Meals Specified In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices This Procurement The Target Is The Patients And Staff Needed During The Evacuation Of Meilahtis Production Kitchen The Dishes Of The Meals, Which Are Currently Prepared In The Production Kitchen Itself. Meilahtis Production Kitchen Prepares Meilahtis Campus Meals For Patients And Staff And For Order Serving Customers. About 1,100 Patients Are Prepared Every Year On Days All Meals Of The Day And On Weekdays Lunch Meals For Approx. 3,500 Members Of The Staff. On Weekends, There Are Approx. 400 Staff Meals. The Staff Has Seven Meals In Lunch Restaurants Connected To The Service Kitchen. Meilahtis Production Kitchen The Building Will Be Demolished And A New Kitchen Will Be Built In Place Of The Old One. The Kitchen Has To Be Avoided For About Five Years. It Is Not Possible To Prepare Food In The Shelters. Patient Food Is Distributed Cold To Patient-Specific Trays In Emergency Rooms. The Food Is Heated In Cook And Chill Carts In Patient Wards. The Trolley Heats The Food, But Does Not Cook It The. For This Reason, The Dishes Chosen For The Patients Must Be Ripe. In Lunch Foods The Food Served Is Cooked Or Heated In The Lunch Restaurants In Service Kitchens With Multifunction Ovens. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Acquire High-Quality, Ready-Made Meals That Are Nutritionally Suitable For The Purpose Of Use And That Are Affordable In Terms Of Overall Costs. The Products Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2 Of The Tender Request Product And Price List. The Products Are Selected In The Product Position Order Shown In Appendix 2 Product And Price List. The Number Of Products Indicated In The Appendix Is Selected For Each Product Position. Products The Comparison Is Carried Out In The Procurement Object Criteria - Tenders Comparison As Shown. The Provider Can Offer Products To One Or More To The Product Position. There Is No Minimum Amount Set For How Many In The Rfp In The Product Position, The Bidder Must Offer Products Or How Many Of The Bidders Products Can Be Offered Care About. The Same Product Can Be Offered In More Than One Product Position. A Contract Is Made With All The Providers Whose Product/Products Will Be The Selected Contract Product When Comparing Products. Scope Of Procurement Anticipated Vat-Free Value Of The Acquisition For A Period Of 48 Months, It Is Estimated To Be Around 14 Million Euros. Its About The Estimate, Not The Purchasing Unit Commit To The Stated Euro Amounts And The Consumption Amounts Stated In The Request For Tender. Final Order Quantities May Be Higher Or Lower Than Stated. Framework Arrangement The Maximum Value Is Eur 15 Million (Vat 0%). Contract Period Contracts Enter Into Force, When The Contracting Parties Have Signed Them (Target 1 March 2024). The Contracts Are Valid At Most For The Duration Of Meilahtis Production Kitchen, However So That They Expire No Later Than 31 December 2030 (See Appendix 3 Draft Agreement For Details).
