The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Central Police Action Support Vehicle (Cpwap) Of The Van Type, Adapted To Transport People And Loads With Permissible Load Gross Vehicle Weight (Gvm) Not More Than 7,000 Kg, Including Equipment And Training Regarding Its Use. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Compartment Mounted Iii Power Generator, Ensuring The Possibility Of Long-Term And Continuous Charging Additional Batteries, Base Vehicle Batteries Through Maintenance-Free, Automatic Charging System. Minimum Technical Requirements For A Power Generator: Power Nominal Min. 3.5 Kw, Nominal Current At 230V: Above 10A 6. Requirements Technical For Audio-Visual And Telecommunications Equipment: 1) Camera Placed On The Roof Of The Vehicle. 360° Camera Mounted On The Mast Ensuring 360° View Of The Vehicle, Connected To The Recorder With The Ability To Display The Image On The Main Monitor Located In Compartment Ii 2) Network Video Recorder 3) Manipulator, Mouse, Joystick Compatible With All Technical Solutions That Will Be Implemented Used In Cpwap. 4) Desktop Computer 5) Multifunction Device (Printer, Copier, Scanner) Operating In Wired And Wireless Technology With A Computer. 7. Technical Requirements For Radio Communication Installations And Equipment: 1) The Vehicle Must Be Adapted To Install Portable Radiotelephones In A Separate Version And System For Managing The Operation Of Unmanned Aircraft. 2) The Vehicle Must Be Present Equipped With Noted Radiotelephones In Compartment I In A Place Easily Accessible To Driver And Passenger/Dispatcher One Radiotelephone, Easy To Use In Compartment Ii Two Radios Available To Audiovisual System Operators. 8. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Road Traffic Privilege System. 9. Vehicle After Bodywork Must Be Covered By A Warranty For The Period: 1) Min. 24 Months - Warranty On Components Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Of The Vehicle On Which The Bodywork Was Made, 2) Min. 24 Months - Warranty For The Paint Coating, 3) Min. 72 Months - Warranty For Perforation Of Body Elements, 4) Min. 12 Months – Warranty On The Structure And Equipment Vehicle, 5) Min. 24 Months – Warranty For Additional Batteries, 6) Min. 36 Months – Warranty For Radio Communication, 7) Min. 60 Months – Privilege Signaling Warranty Vehicle, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Vehicle By The Ordering Party.
