Component 1 : Improve access to higher education, including the following activities: - Development of infrastructure: (i) Construction of 2 higher schools: one for Veterinary Medicine of Néma (EMVM) in Néma capital of the wilaya of Hodh EL Chargui, and the other for Agronomics in Kaédi (ESAM) capital of the wilaya of Gorgol. These infrastructures include for each school: 22 classrooms, workshops, administration, 10 laboratories, 7 dormitory buildings with 30 rooms, to accommodate 420 students, 9 blocks as guest houses, 4 blocks as multi-purpose guest houses, a restaurant , auditorium halls and sports facilities.
