Wałowa 21, A Former Craft Building Of The Office Of Uniforms Of The Xvii Army Corps, Later The House Of Customs Inspectors And The Seat Of The Polish Primary School Macierz Szkolna, Was Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By Decision Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of August 26, 2020, Under Number 1979. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes Conservation Works Aimed At Securing And Consolidating The Historic Substance Of The Buildings Facade, And Construction Works On The Monument, In Particular: 1) Removal Of Mechanically Defective Mortars And Joints (In Particular: Cement Or Concrete), 2) Cleaning The Facade From Plaster, Tar, Graffiti Etc., 3) Removal Of Secondary Remains Of Hooks And Slings, 4) Removal Of Unnecessary Installations, Laying In Joints Or Tidying Up Necessary Installations, 5) Making Structural Reinforcements Of All Visible Cracks In The Walls By Sewing With Resin Anchors, 6) Cleaning The Facade Surface, 7) Removing Mechanically All Growth Forms And Preliminary Disinfection Of Brick Surfaces, 8) Removal Of Secondary Elements (Defective Re-Building) And Remains Of Cement Mortars, 9) Construction And Installation Of Window Sills, Shelves, Counters And Covers With Stone Elements 10) Removal Of All Powdered And Rinsed Bricks In Accordance With The Principle Determining The Degree Of Destruction, 11) Masonry Works: A) Bricklaying Using Lime Or Lime-Cement Mortars With Porosity Parameters Adapted To The Parameters Of The Original, B) Structural Strengthening Of The Weakened And Disintegrated Material, C) Repairing Defects In Brick Surfaces, D) Pointing The Wall ,12) Color Consolidation,13) Correction Of Wall Disinfection After Conservation Works,14) Mechanical Cleaning Of All Metal Elements On The Façade, After Removing Dust And Degreasing, They Should Be Painted In Two Layers,15) Replacement Of All Missing And Significantly Damaged Plasters In The Frieze Fields, Maintaining The Method Studies As In The Original Batches,16) Supplementing The Missing Fragments Of Glazed Brick Strips With Analogous Bricks With Brown Salt Glaze,17) Preparing Documentation Of The Conservation Works Carried Out, In Accordance With The Guidelines Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of August 2, 2018 Regarding Carrying Out Conservation Works, Restoration Works And Conservation Research On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Or On The List Of Heritage Treasures, And Construction Works, Architectural Research And Other Activities On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments, As Well As Archaeological Research And Searches For Monuments (I.E. Journal Laws Of 2021, Item 81),18) Fabrication And Installation Of Metal-Plastic Window Grilles For Basement Windows,19) Installation Of Protection Against Bird Nesting.
