Detailed Characteristics And Parameters Of The Goods Within The Scope Of Separate Item #1 And Separate Item #2 Are Contained In The Attached Technical Specifications. Positions Assigned In Accordance With Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop: Separate Item #3: Delivery Of Magnetic Whiteboards And Magnetic Flipcharts The Estimated Value Of Item #1 And Item #2 Represents Approximately 96.63% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, And The Estimated Value Of Item #3 Represents Approximately 3.37% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. Since The Estimated Value Of Item No. 3 Is Below Bgn 30,000 Excluding Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.
