The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of Fuel Directly At The Gas Station For Cars And Engine Equipment Owned By The District Roads Authority In Końskie In The Following Quantities: - Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 - 5,000 Liters - Diesel Oil - 20,000 Liters Delivery Of Fuels - Diesel Oil And Unleaded Petrol Will Be Take Place At The Contractors Gas Station By Refueling Directly Into The Cars Tank And Portable Tanks, Ending With The Issuance Of A Release Document (E.G. Wz Document), Which Will Include The Following Data: A) Name And Surname Of The Person Who Took The Fuel, B) Date And Time Of Refueling, C) Type And Quantity Of Fuel Actually Collected, D) Registration Number Of The Vehicle. E) Amount For Which The Fuel Was Collected. The Ordering Party Will Prepare And Submit To The Contractor A List Of Names Of Persons Authorized To Collect Fuel And A List Containing The Registration Number And Make Of The Car To Which The Fuel Will Be Refueled. Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Specified On The Basis Of Art. 3 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 846) Is To Be Compliant With: - Motor Gasoline With A Maximum Oxygen Content Of Up To 3.7% (M/M M), Marked With Cn Codes 2710 12 45 And 2710 1249, Used In Particular In Vehicles And Recreational Vessels Equipped With Spark-Ignition Engines - Motor Gasoline With A Maximum Oxygen Content Of Up To 2.7% (M/M), Marked With Cn Codes 2710 12 45 And 2710 1249, Used In Particular In Vehicles And Recreational Vessels Equipped With Spark-Ignition Engines, - Diesel Fuel, Marked With Cn Codes 2710 19 43 And 2710 20 11, Used In Particular In Vehicles, Including Agricultural Tractors And Non-Moving Machines On Roads, As Well As Recreational Vessels Equipped With Compression-Ignition Engines, The Ordering Party Requires That The Gas Station Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Open 24 Hours A Day Or At Least From 5:00 To 23.00 And On All Days Of The Week. In The Event Of A Failure Of Its Fuel Station, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate A Fuel Station Where The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Refuel At The Same Offered Unit Price, And The Distance Of The Fuel Station Cannot Be Greater Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Location. Supplier On Request The Ordering Party Must Document Each Delivery With A Quality Control Certificate And A Purchase Invoice Relating To This Delivery. Details Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In § 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Swz. If The Tender Documentation Contains References To Specific Names And Standards, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Standards. 2.4.
