Wz Document), Which Will Include The Following Data: A) Name And Surname Of The Person Who Took The Fuel, B) Date And Time Of Refueling ,C) Type And Quantity Of Fuel Actually Consumed,D) Vehicle Registration Number. E) The Amount For Which The Fuel Was Collected. The Ordering Party Will Prepare And Submit To The Contractor A List Of Names Of Persons Authorized To Collect Fuel And A List Containing The Registration Number And Make Of The Car To Which The Fuel Will Be Refueled. Vehicles Belonging To The District Roads Authority In Końskie - Passenger Cars - 2 Pieces (Dacia, Citroen) - Delivery Vans - 2 Pieces (Peugot, Lublin) - Snow Plow - 1 Piece - Tractor - 1 Piece - And Auxiliary Equipment (Combustion Chain Saws) , Brushcutters, Lawn Mower, Power Generator, Chipper) Where Refueling Will Take Place Directly Into The Canister. Liquid Fuels Must Meet The Requirements Specified On The Basis Of Art. 3 Section 2 Point 1 Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 846) Is To Be Compliant With: - Motor Gasoline With A Maximum Oxygen Content Of Up To 3.7% (M /M), Marked With Cn Codes 2710 12 45 And 2710 12 49, Used In Particular In Vehicles And Recreational Vessels Equipped With Spark Ignition Engines - Motor Gasoline With A Maximum Oxygen Content Of Up To 2.7% (M/M), Marked Cn Codes 2710 12 45 And 2710 12 49, Used In Particular In Vehicles And Recreational Vessels Equipped With Spark Ignition Engines, - Diesel Fuel, Covered By Cn Codes 2710 19 43 And 2710 20 11, Used In Particular In Vehicles, Including Agricultural Tractors, Non-Road Machines, As Well As Recreational Vessels Equipped With Compression-Ignition Engines, The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuel Station Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Open 24 Hours A Day Or At Least From 5:00 To 11.00 P.M. And On All Days Of The Week. In The Event Of A Failure Of Its Fuel Station, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate A Fuel Station Where The Ordering Party Will Be Able To Refuel At The Same Unit Price Offered, And The Distance Of The Fuel Station Cannot Be Greater Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. At The Ordering Partys Request, The Supplier Must Document Each Delivery With A Quality Control Certificate And A Purchase Invoice For This Delivery. Details Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In § 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Swz. If The Tender Documentation Contains References To Specific Names Or Standards, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 2.4. Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
