The Subject Of This Publication Is The Conclusion Of Non-Exclusive Discount Agreements According To Section 130A Paragraph 8 Sgb V On Medicines With The Active Ingredient Glatiramer Acetate (Atc: L03ax13) As Part Of A So-Called “Open-House Model”. Under The Requirement Of Uniformity Contractual Conditions And A Uniform Access Procedure Are Available To Everyone And Interested Pharmaceutical Companies Or Pharmaceutical Communities Companies Conclude Or Join A Discount Agreement In Accordance With Section 130 A Paragraph 8 Sgb V Is Offered For The Aforementioned Active Ingredients Or Medicines. Interested Pharmaceutical Companies Can Submit The Participation Documents To The Contact Address Mentioned And Request The Respective Contract. Requirement For Concluding A Contract Is That The Interested Pharmaceutical Company Provides The Requested Participation Documents Completely Filled Out And Signed.
