Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Technical Assessment & Retrofitting Design (F/M) Deadline to respond to the consultancy : 02/01/2024 Start Date: 05/12/2023 End Date: 30th of November 2024 Location: North West Syria · Interested bidders should ask for the ToR to the SYR Tender tender@solidarites-syria.org email address · Meeting of ToR clarifications/questions will take place with the interested bidders on Wednesday 13 of December, 10am Amman time Then they are required to submit their proposal, using the following guidelines: Cover letter one-page maximum · Technical proposal 6 pages including the following but not limited to · Understanding of the assignment · Proposed methodology, tools and techniques · Propose clear timeline · Composition of team, their resumes and assigned roles · Financial proposal. Includes breakdown of costs · Consultant profile: · Training and qualifications · Professional experience (if relevant to consultancy, specific skills and/or specific context conditions) · Experience in in similar context · Experience in facilitating learning and participatory processes (in the case of a learning-oriented evaluation with co-construction of lessons learned and recommendations) · Knowledge of the country/area of intervention · Required qualities · Languages · Sample copy of at least two similar assignments in past work. · 03 References In general, the consultants team should combine the following criteria: · A solid and diversified experience in designing, supervision or construction of health facilities, schools or similar nature of services in NW Syria. · Experience in the implementation of Humanitarian and development intervention in emergency and post emergency contexts in NW Syria. · Experience in evaluation of related interventions (preferably in similar context from reputed donor agencies and international organizations) · Full working knowledge of English and excellent report writing, · A proven record of experience of similar nature of works. · The Senior Structural Engineer/Designer should be licensed to certify building structure designs in NW Syria · (Afrin and Azaz) Tender Link : https://www.coordinationsud.org/appels-doffres/?_localisations=afrique%2Casie%2Cmoyen-orient
