The Department Of Chemistry Intends To Launch A Negotiated Procedure Without Publication Of A Tender For The Awarding Of The Supply Of A Qtofms Mass Spectrometer. This Notice Pursues The Purposes Set Out In Art. 77, C. 1, Legislative Decree No. 36/2023 (Code) To Confirm The Conditions For Recourse To The Negotiated Procedure In Question, Or To Identify The Existence Of Alternative Solutions For The Acquisition Of The Asset In Question To Be Delivered And Installed At The Department Of Chemistry, Sapienza University, P.Le Aldo Moro 5, 00185 Rome, Nuts: Iti43. Participation In The Consultation Does Not Determine Any Expectations Or Rights And Does Not Represent An Invitation To Propose An Offer Nor Does It Bind The Contracting Authority (S.A.) In Any Way Towards The Economic Operators, It Being Understood That The Acquisition Which Is The Subject Of The Consultation Is Subordinate To The Specific Procedure Which Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Code. Description Of Requirements It Is Necessary To Acquire A Qtofms Mass Spectrometer That Combines The Advantages Of Two Different Mass Analyzers, Combining A Collision Cell Based On Quadrupole Focusing Technology With High Scanning Speed, Unlimited Mass Range And Resolution Capability Of Mass Of The Tof, Two Orthogonal Fragmentation Techniques (The Conventional Collision-Induced Dissociation Cid, And The Electron-Activated Dissociation Ead). The Fundamental Requirements Of The Instrumentation In Question Are: High-Pressure Quadrupole Collision Cell With Dual Fragmentation: Collision Induced Dissociation (Cid) And Electron Activated Dissociation (Ead) Based On An Electron Beam With Selectable Energy From 0 To 25 Ev; Linear Ion Trap Optical Device Inserted Between The Output Of The Q2 Collision Cell And The Input Of The Tof Flight Tube To Increase The Duty Cycle Of The Spectrometer Up To Values Greater Than Or Equal To 90% In Ms/Ms Experiments; Linear Dynamic Range Of The Instrument Greater Than Or Equal To 5 Orders Of Magnitude; Mass Range That Can Be Analyzed In Hrms Mode With Tof Analyzer From 40 M/Z Up To At Least 40,000 M/Z; Interfacing And Ionization System At Ambient Pressure And Temperature; Two-Channel Esi Twin Spray And Two-Channel Apci Twin Spray Ionization Probes. For Both Probes, The Second Channel Is Used For Instrumental Calibration, Thus Avoiding Any Type Of Interference With The Sample; Pneumatically Assisted Electrospray Probe Capable Of Operating With Flows From 5 Ul/Min To 3 Ml/Min; Ability To Express Its Ionization Yield As A Dependent Quantity, With An Increase In Sensitivity As A Function Of The Increase In Flow; Source Placed Orthogonally To Make The Analyzer Immune From Any Copious Chromatographic Flows; Possibility Of Converting The Esi Source Into An Apci Source, Capable Of Accepting Flows From 50 Ul/Min Up To 3Ml/Min; Countercurrent Laminar Flow Gas Blanket Insulation Between The Atmospheric Pressure Part And The Reduced Pressure Part; Ceramic And Molybdenum Conical Interface; High Pressure Ion Focusing System Consisting Of A Quadrupolar Ion Guide (Q0) Without The Use Of Additional Lenses; Double Mirror “N” Tof Geometry; Tof Analyzer With Thermostating Of The Entire Flight Tube; Acquisition Speed In Dda (Data Dependent Analysis) Mode Up To 133 Ms/Ms Spectra Per Second; Acquisition Speed In Dia (Data Independent Analysis) Mode Up To 200 Ms/Ms Spectra Per Second; Product Ion Ms/Ms Acquisition Mode Of All Precursor Ions. Tools Identified And Expected Costs An Investigation Made It Possible To Identify The “Zenotof 7600” Spectrometer Produced And Supplied By A Specific Economic Operator On The Market. The Maximum Expected Cost For The Acquisition Of The Supply, Including Transport, Installation, Testing, Training And Safety Costs Is €387,377.05 Plus Vat.
