On The Previous Day.9) Additionally, Up To 10 Trips Are Planned During The Term Of The Contract, Up To 200 Kilometers In Total.10) The Number Of Kilometers Will Be Settled On The Basis Of: From The Place Of Picking Up The First Senior To The Senior+ Day Home In Huta Przedborska 26 , While The Transport Will Be Counted From The Departure From The Senior+ Day Home In Huta Przedborska 26 To The Place Of Residence Of The Last Senior. Additional Requirements: 1) Transport Of Seniors May Only Take Place Using Means Of Transport That Meet The Technical Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And Other Regulations Related To The Transport Of Persons, The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport .2) Detailed Indication Of The Seniors Collection Points And The Hours Of Transport To The Senior+ Day Home And Of The Return Of Seniors After The End Of Their Stay Will Be Agreed Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party On The Date Agreed By The Parties, Before The Start Of The Service.3) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Hours Transport Of Seniors In Connection With The Organization Of Events And Special Meetings, Lectures, Etc. 4) When Executing The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes In The Scope Of Changing The Route Of Transport Of Seniors In The Event Of Life Situations Of Seniors Unforeseen In The Plan That Prevent Them From Arriving At The Senior+ Day Home, I.E. . The Indicated Means Of Transport Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Have Valid Documents Confirming Admission To Traffic And Transport Of Persons. 7) In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Vehicle With Which It Provides Services, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Replacement Means Of Transport - Complying With The Regulations Regarding The Services Provided. 8) If The Car Is Not Provided Within 1 Hour From The Planned Start Time Of The Course, The Contractor Covers The Full Costs Of Renting Another Means By The Ordering Party. Carrier.9) Vehicles Transporting Seniors Must Be Equipped With An Efficient Heating And Cooling System (Air Conditioning). The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For Accidents And Events Of Any Type Resulting In Material Damage, Bodily Injury Or Death Caused By The Contractors Activities.14) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect Persons And Vehicles Carrying Out The Order, And Reserves The Right To Inspect The Condition At Any Time. Technical Condition Of The Vehicle And The Sobriety Of The Driver By The Services Appropriately Appointed For This Purpose (Police, Road Traffic Inspection).
