Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Port Infrastructure Of Sulina Port. The Present Award Documentation Contains The Requirements, Criteria, Rules And Information Necessary To Provide Potential Bidders With Complete, Correct And Explicit Information On How To Apply The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract With The Object Of Providing Technical-Economic Documentation Drafting Services (Phases P.A.C., P.O.E., P.T, D.E, Asbuilt, Including The Development Of The Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Approvals And Agreements, The Necessary Studies And Expertise) And Based On Them, The Implementation Of The Works For The Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Port Infrastructure Of The Port Of Sulina, Including The Provision Of Project Verification Services And Technical Support Services From The Designer. In This Sense, A Feasibility Study Was Developed Through Which The Basic Technical-Economic Solution That Will Be The Basis For Achieving The Investment Objective Is Identified. The Object Of The Contract Subject To This Procedure Consists In The Purchase Of: 1. Design Services (Such As The Preparation Of P.A.C., P.O.E., P.T, D.E, Asbuilt, Documentation For Obtaining Agreements And Approvals, Technical Projects, Execution Details And Any Documents/Studies Necessary For Their Development, Including Technical Verification Project Expertise And Technical Assistance From The Designer) And 2. Execution Of Works (Such As Rehabilitation Of Current Port Infrastructure; Rehabilitation Of Existing Flyovers; Rehabilitation Of Cargo Berths; Restoration Of Electricity Distribution Network, Quay Sockets And Public Lighting; Fire-Fighting Facilities; Water Supply And Sewage Network; Shed Passenger Accommodation And Other Elements Of Urban Furniture (Benches, Trash Cans), Public Toilets. Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation. To The Extent That Requests For Clarification Are Received At Least 18 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Fully To All Such Requests For Clarification On The 10Th Day Before The Deadline For The Submission Of Offers.
