The Orders Include: A) Taking Over The Animals Currently Staying In The Shelter In Inowrocław, An Estimated Number Of 18 Animals Caught From The Inowrocław Commune, And Free Transport To The Contractors Shelter. The Given Quantity May Change Depending On The Customers Needs. The Exact Number Of Animals Will Result From Their Number In The Shelter On The Date Of Commencement Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings. The Indicated Number Of Animals Is Provided Solely For The Purpose Of Calculating The Price. B) Due To The Treatments Already Undertaken For Animals Staying In The Shelter, The Contractor Will Not Charge A Fee For Admitting Animals To The Shelter, Only Fees Resulting From Their Care According To The Daily Rate Specified In The Submitted Offer, C) Catching Stray Animals From The Administrative Area Of The Inowrocław Commune Within 1 Hour From The Notification By E-Mail By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party, D) Catching Animals Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To Life, Health And Safety And Do Not Cause Suffering To The Caught Animals, And If Necessary, Assistance Is Provided By A Veterinarian, E) Transport Of Caught Animals Animals To The Shelter In Vehicles Approved By The Competent Veterinary Services, F) Catching And Delivering Homeless Animals To The Shelter, G) Observing Newly Admitted Animals During The Quarantine Period, H) Obligatory Sterilization Or Castration Of Animals Staying In The Shelter After 14 Days From Admission, I) Care Animals Admitted To The Shelter And Providing Them With Food And Sanitary Products, J) Providing Veterinary Care To Animals Admitted To The Shelter, Including A 14-Day Quarantine, Deworming, Vaccination Against Rabies, Treatment If Necessary, Castration And Sterilization Procedures, In Drastic Cases (Dangerous Aggression) , Disease In The Case Of Which Keeping Alive Would Involve Suffering) Putting Down The Animal, Putting Down Blind Litters Brought To Or Born In A Shelter, K) Feeding Them In The Event Of Cat Outbreaks, L) Conducting Effective Activities Aimed At Finding Guardians For The Animals, M) Establishing A Website With Photos Of Animals In The Shelter Along With Their Identification, Updated On An Ongoing Basis, N) Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Shelters Boxes And Runs, O) Keeping Records Of Animals Containing Their Description, Date Of Reporting The Intervention, Date Of Catching The Animal, And The Form Of Ensuring Further Care,P) Carrying Out Sanitary And Disinfecting Treatments In The Shelter,Q) Compliance With The Provisions On Sanitary And Veterinary Supervision,R) Disposal Or Transfer Of Animal Carcasses To An Authorized Entity For The Disposal Of Animal Carcasses,S) Humane Treatment Of Animals.2. The Subject Of These Proceedings Is A Service Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law.
