Through The Concluded Contract, The Following Will Be Ensured: Design Services - Preparation Of The Technical Execution Project (Pte) - According To The Provisions Of Hg 907/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Preparation Of Documentation And The Obtaining Of The Approvals/Agreements Requested By The Urban Planning Certificate No. 560/21338 Dated 01.07.2022 Issued By Bucharest City Hall, As Well As The Dtac And Dtoe Documentation And Obtaining The Building Permit; Technical Assistance Provided By The Designer During The Execution Of The Works And During The Guarantee Period Of The Works; Execution Of Works For The Construction Of The Extension Of The A1 And A4 Wings Of The Bucharest University Hospital (Given The Fact That The Extension Of The A1 And A4 Wings Constitutes A New Construction, The Object Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of All Types Of Works For The Investment Objective, Respectively: Structural/Strength Works , Architectural Works, Plumbing, Electrical, Thermal, Hvac, Medical Gas, Natural Gas, Etc.) Works. Execution Of Outdoor Parking Lots In This Sense, A Feasibility Study Was Developed Through Which The Basic Technical-Economic Solution That Will Be The Basis For Achieving The Investment Objective Is Identified. The Object Of The Contract Subject To This Procedure Consists In The Purchase Of Design Services, Documentation For Obtaining Agreements And Approvals That Are Not Obtained, Technical Projects, Execution Details And Any Documents/Studies Necessary For Their Elaboration, Including Specialized Technical Verification Of The Project And Technical Assistance From The Designer And Execution Of Works (Such As Landscaping, Relocation/Protection/Utility Assurance, Structure, Architecture, Electrical Installations, Low Current Installations, Natural Gas Installations, Medical Gas Distribution Systems And Medical Installations ) Starting From The Technical And Architectural Proposals Formulated In The Feasibility Study, It Is Necessary To Develop A Complete And Coherent Technical Documentation That Explains And Details The Most Suitable Technical And Constructive Solutions Regarding The Realization Of A New Construction. In The Stage Following The Completion Of The Technical Project And Obtaining All The Necessary Approvals And The Related Construction Authorization, The Execution Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of This Technical Project. Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Documentation Of Attribution. To The Extent That Requests For Clarification Are Received At Least 20 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Such Requests For Clarification At Least 10 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
