The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Order To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Ordering Party Specified In Art. 20B Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 162) And The Decision On The Environmental Conditions For The Implementation Of The Project; - Design And Construction Of The S19 Expressway On The Section From The Głospiastowe Junction (Without The Junction) To The Dukla Junction (With The Junction), Approx. 10.1 Km Long. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Order To Fulfill The Obligations Of The Ordering Party Specified In Art. 20B Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads And The Decision To Authorize The Construction Of The S19 Expressway (Zrid Decision). Order Completion Date: 1 Month From The Date Of Awarding The Order (Concluding The Contract). .1) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of ​​The Dukla Forest District - The Area Of ​​The Franków Forestry; 2) The Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Area Intended For The Construction Of The S19 Expressway Within The Zboiska And Dukla Registration Areas In The Dukla Commune.
