Supply Of Reagents And Consumables For Own Analyzers And Microbiology Reagents. Within This Procedure, It Is Desired To Purchase Reagents And Consumables For The Own Analyzers And Microbiology Reagents, Divided Into 25 Lots, With The Minimum Technical Specifications Provided In Annex No. 1 To This Specification And In The Estimated Quantities Provided In Annex No. 2 To This Specification. The Economic Operators Will Offer For All The Milestones And For The Entire Quantity (The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement), Related To Each Lot, Provided In Annex 2 To This Specifications. Any Request For Clarification Must Be Submitted In Seap (Https://Elicitatie.Ro/Pub). Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (2) From Law No. 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Establishes The Deadline In Which Economic Operators Can Address Requests For Clarification, Respectively In Which It Will Respond To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information, As Follows: 1. The Term Until Which Any Interested Economic Operator Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. 2. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Clarification Requests On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Deadline For Responding To The Clarifications Was Established So That The Economic Operators Have An Adequate Period For Analyzing The Award Documentation And, Subsequently, For The Elaboration Of The Offers Through The Prism Of The Answers Provided By The Contracting Authority.
