Scope Of Work: 1) Visit Site And Understand Job Scope, Pump Condition Available At Site Before Submitting Quotation. 2) Collection A Nd Installation Of Pump Is Under Contractor Scope. 3) Complete Repair, Refurbishment, Supply Of Sleeves, Consumables And Internal Ce Ramic Coating. 4) To Re-Metal The Fluid Flow Surface Of The Pump (Lower And Upper Casing Including Stuffing Boxes And Casing Wearing Seating Areas. A) Remove All Loose Materials And Surface Contamination With A Suitable Solvent Which Leave No Residue On Evapor Ation. B) Clean Surface By Abrasive Blasting To Achieve A #White Metal# Degree Of Cleanliness C) Cavities, Deep Pitting And Er Osion Should Be Filled And Rebuilt To Original Shape And Dimensions With High Molecular Weight Polymer With Ceramic Aggregates. Ther E Shall Be No Pores/ Pinholes Or Air Entrapment While Filling The Surface. D) The Stud Or Bolt Holes And Casing Joint Faces Should B E Suitably Protected By Use Of Release Agents. E) The Ring Seats, Stuffing Box Seat Should Be Carefully Rebuilt And Restored To Orig Inal Dimension And Fitting. F) Rebuild Area Of Casing Wearing To Be Machine As Per Original Dimensio With Line Boring Horizontal Bo Ring Machine G) The Re-Filled Metal Surface Should Be Coated With A High Abrasive And Corrosion Resistant, Surfacing Fluid # Grade C Ompound For Smooth Flo W Of Fluid H) Spark Test Should Be Carried Out Over The Surface To Eliminate Any Pin Hol Or Pores. I) Any Dif Ficulty In Re-Assembly Of The Pump Owing To Dimensional Err Out Of The Re-Metaling Work Should Be Corrected At Site By The Contractr J) Pump Hydro Test To Be Checked, Witnessed And Certificate To Be Submit. K) In Addition To Above Job Scope, Small Repair/Any Machi Ning Required To Complete The Job Is Under Contractor Scope. 5) The External Surface Of The Pump Should Be Grit Blasted And Painted With Two- Part Zinc Rich Epoxy Paint System To A Total Depth Of 250 Mi And Finished With Green Shade As Existing. 6) Warranty Of 3 Years Should Be Offered Against Workmanship & Failure Of Re-Metaling Done Due To Faulty Workmanship.
