Maintenance, Repairs And Supply Of Spare Parts To The Marine Signaling System. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Acquisition Of Maintenance Services: Technical Overhauls, Repairs (Main And Accidental Currents) To The Navigation Signaling System, Consisting Of Buoys And Signal Poles, In The Sea Ports Of Constanța, Midia, Mangalia And Tomis Port, And Also The Insurance Spare Parts Necessary For The Execution Of The Framework Agreement. The Deadline Until Which The Bidder Can Address Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is 15 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Bids. The Contracting Entity Will Not Respond To Requests Made After This Deadline. The Deadline In Which The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Is The 10Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
