The Scope Of The Contract Includes, Among Others: 1) Catching Animals (Dogs And Cats) From The Area Of The City Of Szczecin, Consisting In Undertaking Immediate Intervention: A) In The Case Of Healthy Animals - Catching The Animal And Transporting It To The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin, B) In The Case Of Injured Animals: - Between 8.00 A.M. And 4.00 P.M. On Working Days And Saturdays - Transporting The Animal To The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin, - Between 4.00 P.M. And 8.00 A.M. - Transporting The Animal To The Hospital Indicated By The Ordering Party And, After Providing First Aid, To The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin (The Cost Of Treatment At The Clinic Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party), - 24 Hours A Day On Sundays And Holidays - The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transport The Animal To The Hospital Indicated By The Ordering Party And, After Providing First Aid, To The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin (The Cost Of Treatment Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party ),2) Transport Of Animals From The Area Of The City Of Szczecin: A) From Monday To Saturday, From 8.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M., Transport Of Animals Staying In The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin, Also In Emergency Situations (E.G. Absence Of Medical And Veterinary Care At The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin) To Indicated Veterinary Offices For Consultations Or Additional Tests (The Cost Of Consultations And Additional Tests Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party) And Back, B) From Monday To Saturday From 4 P.M. To 8 A.M., And On Sundays And Holidays 24 Hours A Day - Transport Of Animals Staying In The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin To The Indicated Office On Duty And Back.3. Obligations Of The Parties: 1) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept Reports (Including At Least The Animals Place Of Stay) Only From Municipal Services (Police, City Technical Duty Officer, Fire Brigade, Municipal Guard) And From The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin About The Need To Immediately Catch The Animal Or Providing Assistance To Injured, Hit, Bitten, Unattended, Aggressive Animals And Those That Pose A Threat To The Safety Of People And Animals, 2) The Contractor Will Only Intervene After Receiving A Report From An Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin Or City Services. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Inform The Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin By Phone About The End Of The Intervention Or Its Failure To Undertake It (In The Event Of An Effective Intervention, Immediately Notify The Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin About Further Proceedings, I.E. About The Intention To Transport The Animal To The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin Or To The Veterinary Office Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative, And In The Event Of Ineffective Intervention - Providing The Reason For The Ineffectiveness, E.G. Then The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Animal To The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin Within 2 Hours From The End Of The Examination In The Veterinary Office And Immediately Inform The Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin About This Fact,7) If It Is Possible To Provide The Data And Telephone Number Of The Reporting Person. The Need To Intervene - The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Provide The Above To The Contractor In Order To Specify The Circumstances Necessary To Carry Out An Effective Intervention, 8) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Each Time Enter Into The Intervention Documentation (A Template Of The Intervention Documentation The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor On The Day Of Concluding The Contract) Reports Submitted By The City Services And Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin; Each Reported Intervention Should Be Confirmed By The Reporting Unit (Municipal Services, Employees Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin),9) If It Is Necessary To Transport An Animal Staying In The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin To A Veterinary Office, The Ordering Party Will Be Obliged To Inform The Contractor At Least 2 Hours Before The Planned Departure About The Need To Transport The Animal For Consultations Or Examinations,10) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Secure Animals During Examinations (I.E. Bring The Animal To The Veterinary Office And Help/Hold The Animal During Consultations Or Examinations) In Veterinary Offices Indicated By The Ordering Partys Representative,11 ) The Contractor, After Bringing The Animal To The Indicated Veterinary Office And The Veterinarians Decision On Euthanasia, Will Be Obliged To Collect The Carcass From The Veterinary Office Within 30 Minutes Of Euthanasia And Deliver It To The Cold Store At The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin Within 2 Hours From The Moment The Body Is Collected From The Veterinary Office.4. The Need To Transport Animals For Testing Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Provide Trapping Services.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Activities Arising From The Contract With Marked Cars.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Treat Animals Humanely, Provide Them With Care And Protection During Transport, And Act In A Way That Ensures Respect For The Dignity Of Other People And Polite Behavior.7. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care Required From An Entity Professionally Providing This Type Of Services, On The Basis Of Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Services And Compliance With Generally Applicable Law, As Well As An Offer That Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Rules For The Processing Of Personal Data And Conclude A Contract According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep Confidential All Data Obtained During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 10. The Contractor Will Ensure, In The Fleet Of Vehicles Used To Perform The Subject Of The Order, At Least 10% Of Electric Vehicles Or Vehicles Powered By Natural Gas Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 11, 2018 On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels.
