Obligations Of The Parties: 1) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept Reports (Including At Least The Animals Place Of Stay) Only From Municipal Services (Police, City Technical Duty Officer, Fire Brigade, Municipal Guard) And From The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin About The Need To Immediately Catch The Animal Or Providing Assistance To Injured, Hit, Bitten, Unattended, Aggressive Animals And Those That Pose A Threat To The Safety Of People And Animals, 2) The Contractor Will Only Intervene After Receiving A Report From An Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin Or City Services. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Inform The Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin By Phone About The End Of The Intervention Or Its Failure To Undertake It (In The Event Of An Effective Intervention, Immediately Notify The Employee Of The Shelter For Homeless Animals In Szczecin About Further Proceedings, I.E. The Need To Transport Animals For Testing Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Provide Trapping Services.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Activities Arising From The Contract With Marked Cars.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Treat Animals Humanely, Provide Them With Care And Protection During Transport, And Act In A Way That Ensures Respect For The Dignity Of Other People And Polite Behavior.7. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Utmost Care Required From An Entity Professionally Providing This Type Of Services, On The Basis Of Ensuring The Highest Quality Of Services And Compliance With Generally Applicable Law, As Well As An Offer That Will Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contract.8. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Rules For The Processing Of Personal Data And Conclude A Contract According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.9. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep Confidential All Data Obtained During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 10.
