The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Form And The Number Of On-Duty Hours Worked (In Accordance With The Duty Records Log), Agreed And Approved By The Ordering Party.6. In Accordance With The Disposition In Art. 29 Section 3A Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order, Operating Equipment For Winter Road Maintenance Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws .U. Of 2023, Item 1465), Employment Under An Employment Contract Of The Above-Mentioned Persons Should Continue Uninterrupted Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Contract.7.
