1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Stage I Of The Investment Task Entitled: Greenery Arranged With Small Architecture, A Playground In The Place Of Recreation And Meetings Of Residents At Ul. Srebrna” As Part Of The Citizens Budget 2018/2021. The Investment Will Include A Recreation And Meeting Space For Residents Of All Age Groups At Ul. Srebrna, Which Should Connect The Park With Playgrounds And Rest Areas. It Is Planned To Equip The Area With Pedestrian Routes, Sensory Paths, Play Equipment For Younger And Older Children And Elements Of Small Architecture. The Facility Is To Be Located In A Currently Undeveloped, Wooded Area. 2. Material Scope Of The Order: The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task (1St Stage Of Implementation Of Annex No. 2), Including The Following Elements: Felling Of Trees And Shrubs, Removal Of Turf, Preparation Of The Area For Construction Of Pedestrian Paths And A Playground, Construction Of A Surface, Construction Of A Dry Stream, Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment: Rope Slide, Rope Pyramid, Fitness Set With Spider Web, Lower Fitness Set, Balance Beam, Triple Swing, Wall Climbing,  Playground Regulation Board,  Equipment Of The Area With Small Architecture:  Bench With Backrest,  Waste Bin, Blocking Post (1 Piece)  Planting Trees, Shrubs And Perennials,  Sowing Lawns,  Installing An Information Board ( Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Promotional Board) Moreover, If In Order To Perform Construction Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract It Is Necessary To Perform Activities, Submit Notifications Or Obtain Decisions And Permits, The Contractor Will Perform These Activities, Submit Notifications And Obtain The Necessary Decisions And Permits With Its Own Cost And Effort.
