Lot 1 Mobile Ultrasound With Color Doppler Imaging (2 Pcs) Maximum Estimated Total Value 1,139,796.00 Lei (Without Vat) Lot 2 Breathing System, Complete, For Air Purification For Gases, Vapors And Particles With Forced Air Adduction (2 Pieces) Maximum Estimated Total Value 2,000.00 Lei (Without Vat) Lot 3 Pulse Oximeters With Cable And Sensor (10 Pieces) Maximum Estimated Value 11,800.00 Lei (Without Vat) Lot 4 Portable Gas Cylinder For Oxygen With Valve And Pressure And Flow Regulator (8 Pieces) Maximum Estimated Total Value 18,880.00 Lei (Without Vat) Suspense Clause: The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under This Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Conditional On The Allocation Of Budget Credits For This Purpose, The Signing Of The Contract Being Done In Compliance With The Provisions Regarding The Commitment Of Expenses From The Budgets Which Falls Under The Legislation On Public Finances. Considering The Provisions Of Law 98/2016 On Public Procurement And H.G. No. 395/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Specifies That It Will Conclude The Contract With The Bidder Declared The Winner Only To The Extent That The Funds Necessary For The Purchase Will Be Secured By Allocating Budget Credits For This Purpose. If, Regardless Of The Reasons, The Budget Credits Will Not Be Allocated, For A Period Of 6 Months From The Date Of Approval Of The Procedure Report, The Allocation Procedure Will Be Canceled By Law, Provided That There Is No Other Source Of Funding, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 212 Paragraph (1) Letter C) Sentence 2 Of Law 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, It Being Impossible To Conclude The Public Procurement Contract. Bidders In This Procedure Understand That The Contracting Authority Cannot Be Held Liable For Any Damage In The Event Of The Cancellation Of The Award Procedure, Regardless Of Its Nature And Regardless Of Whether The Contracting Authority Has Been Notified Of The Existence Of Such Damage. Bidders Within This Procedure Accept The Use Of The Above Special Conditions/Suspensive Clause, Assuming Full Responsibility In Relation To Any Damages They May Suffer In The Described Situation. The Maximum Period For Which The Suspensive Clause Operates Is 6 Months, So That, If The Condition Of Signing The Financing Contract Is Not Met, The Award Procedure Is Cancelled.
