Purpose Of The Procurement The Kainuu Welfare Area, The Municipality Of Hyrynsalmi, The City Of Kuhmo And The Municipality Of Ristijärvi (Hereinafter Also The "Procurement Units") Are Requesting A Bid For Meal And Cleaning Services In Accordance With The Procurement Notice Published On The Hilma Announcement Channel And This Request For Bids And Its Attachments. The City Of Kuhmo Is Also Requesting A Cleaning Service Bid From Its Subsidiaries Terva-Asunnot Oy: And Kuhmon Lämpö Oys Premises. The Procurement Units Choose One (1) Service Provider With Whom The Contracts Will Be Signed. Procurement Units Make Their Own Procurement Decisions And Procurement Contracts. Partial Offers, Parallel And Alternative Offers Are Not Allowed. Procurement Units Do Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities; The Procurement Quantities Presented In The Request For Tender Are The Procurement Units Forecasts Of The Required Quantities. The Service Provider Does Not Get The Exclusive Right To Produce The Services For Procurement Units. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, Because Meal And Cleaning Services Form A Naturally Synergistic Procurement Entity. Tendering The Services Together Leads To The Most Economically Advantageous Result. The Procurement Units Goal Is To In Terms Of Services, It Strengthens Delivery Reliability And Accelerates The Pace Of Development. The Goal Is To Acquire Appropriate Services At A Competitive Price. 2. Subject Of The Procurement The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Catering And Cleaning Services Of The Municipality Of Hyrynsalmi, The City Of Kuhmo And The Municipality Of Ristijärvi, As Well As The Catering And Cleaning Services Of The Kainuu Welfare Area In The Following Municipalities: Kajaani City, Sotkamo Municipality, Kuhmo City, Paltamo Municipality, Hyrynsalmi Municipality, Ristijärvi Municipality And Suomussalmi Municipality. The Kainuu Welfare Area Reserves The Right To Acquire The Services Based On This Contract Also To Its Destinations Located In The Puolanga Municipality When The Previous Contract Expires On December 31, 2025, If The Procurement Unit Does Not Use Its Option Right For The Current Contracts. The Possible Implementation Of The Options Will Move The Service Procurement To Start On January 1, 2028. Prices Are Not Requested For The Kainuu Welfare Area Sites In Puolanga Municipality In This Call For Tenders, But No Later Than Eight Months Before The Possible Start Of Operations. However, The Prices Must Correspond To The Current Price Level Of This Contract. There Is A Valid Service Contract In The Paltamo Municipality Area. Of Services, Which Will Continue Until The End Of 2024. However, Prices For The Services Are Requested In This Request For Tenders Already For The Year 2024. The Service Properties Are Described In Appendix One Of The Tender Request (Appendix 1) And The Service To Be Procured With The Peripheral Conditions In Appendices One To Four (Appendices 1–4). Appendix 1: Target Information, A) Well-Being Area Targets And B) Municipal Targetsappendix 2: Service Contractappendix 3: Meal Service Service Descriptions, Separately A) Welfare Area And C) Municipal Descriptions Appendix 3 C Describes Facility Maintenance Food Service Responsibilities For The Welfare Area Appendix 4: Cleaning Service Service Description, Separately A) Welfare Area Description And B) Municipal Description Unless Otherwise Stated In The Tender Documents, Jyse Will Be Followed In This Procurement 2022 Terms (General Contract Terms Of Public Procurement In Service Procurement). 3. Contract Period The Service Contracts Between The Procurement Units And The Service Provider That Won This Tender Are Valid For A Fixed Period Of Five (5) Years From February 1, 2024. After The Actual Contract Period, The Parties Have The Right To Extend The Contract Period By Two (2) Two (2) Year Option Periods. The Implementation Of The Option Is Jointly Agreed Between The Selected Service Provider And The Procurement Units. The Implementation Of The Option Is Agreed Upon No Later Than Eight (8) Months Before The End Of The Actual Contract Period And The End Of The Previous Option Period.
