The Development Of The Digital Skills Of Civil Servants And Contractual Staff From The Ministry Of Internal Affairs And Subordinate Institutions, Through Investment 6 Program Digitization In The Field Of Work And Social Protection, Represents One Of The Complementary Measures For The Implementation Of E-Governance, Assumed At The National Level. The General Objective Of The National Recovery And Resilience Plan Is The Development Of Romania Through The Realization Of Essential Programs And Projects, Which Support Resilience, The Level Of Preparedness For Crisis Situations, The Ability To Adapt And The Potential For Growth, Through Major Reforms And Key Investments With Funds From The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism. Through Component 7 Digital Transformation, Pnrr Proposes A Broad Intervention To Digitize Public Services For Citizens And Companies And To Digitize The Internal Operations Of The Public Administration In Order To Increase Efficiency, Transparency And Institutional Resilience. Note: Economic Operators Will Be Able To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation 18 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation, According To The Provisions Of Art. 161 Of Law 98/2016, On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Consolidated Response To The Requests For Clarification Will Be Posted In Seap, At The Announcement Of Participation In The Dedicated Section. The Purchaser Shall Not Respond To Requests For Clarification Addressed Through Other Communication Methods Or A Term Other Than That Established By The Award Documentation.
