Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment For The Sports Complex At Ul. Asnyka In 2 Parts As Part Of The Investment Task, Entitled: Construction Of A Sports Complex At Ul. Asnyka In Katowice”:Part I: Delivery Of Equipment For The Maintenance Of Sports Fields1. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of This Part Of The Order Is Set Out In - Technical Specification (Annex 6) - Significant Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 9)2. The Delivery And Assembly Referred To Above Includes: - Transport And Unloading, - Unpacking Of The Equipment And Assembly In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations, - Placing The Equipment/Equipment In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party/User, - Starting The Devices, - Removing The Packaging Related To The Delivery, - Repairing Any Damages Related To The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Elements Before Reporting The Completion Of Deliveries And Acceptance,3. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Supplied Equipment.4. The Offered Delivery Assortment Must Be Made Of The Highest Quality Materials, Brand New And Free From Defects. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver It With All Approvals, Certificates And Approvals Required By Applicable Law, In Particular: Manufacturers Declarations Of Conformity (Ec), Certificates Of Conformity (Ce Certificate, Technical Approvals, Approvals, Etc.) And With Operating Instructions In Polish. And Warranty Cards (If Necessary For Use).5. Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty For Defects: The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Entire Subject Of The Public Procurement Contract, For Each Part, Is At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period And Be At Least 36 Months.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Demonstration Or Post-Exhibition Equipment. 7. The Contractor Will Provide Service And Maintenance Support In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations/Specified In The User Manual Or Other Documents Provided, Together With The Transport Of The Mobile Service To The Place Where The Equipment Is Stored By The User/Orderer, Throughout The Warranty Period, Including The Costs Of Travel, Labor And Parts Replacement. Operational Within The Above-Mentioned Services.8. Together With The Delivery Of The Compact Tractor (Item No. 5), The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service Book And Documentation Enabling Registration Of The Vehicle (I.E., Among Others, Approval Certificate). The Compact Tractor Should Meet Polish And European Safety Requirements And The Requirements For Driving On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended). 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Instruct Employees In The Operation And Use Of Equipment For All Items In Part I (Field Brush, Lawn Mower, Field Rake, Snow Plow, Compact Tractor, Field Cleaning Device, Sand Spreader, Hole Aerator, Lawn Mower Spindle) - The Instruction Will Take Place At The Place And Date Agreed With The User, After Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. The Instruction Will Be Documented In A Signed Protocol. 10. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
