The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Existing Sanitary Sewerage Connection That Discharges Leachate And Underground Water From The Reclaimed Mine Excavation At Ul. Akacjowa In Ustroń (From The K1 Well To The K6 Well) Together With The Implementation Of A Measurement System Counting The Amount Of Discharged Drip And Underground Sewage As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Sealing Of The Sewage System Section And Execution Of The Sewage And Underground Water Intake In The Mine Excavation In Ustroń Poniwiec. Rebuilt Includes Min. Disassembly Of Damaged Manholes And Conduits Of The Existing Connection And Execution Of Sections Of The Sanitary Sewage Connection Along The Existing Route Of The Connection With The Use Of New Concrete Manholes And Sanitary Sewage Conduits Made Of Pipes: - Pvc-U Class S Solid With An Elongated Socket With A Diameter Of Dz160mm, - Pe Sdr11 Type Rc Using The Trenchless Method, - Pvc-U Class S With A Diameter Of Dz250mm (Pipe Culvert). Before Submitting The Offer, It Is Recommended To Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of The Works In Detail. All Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Employer And The Investors Supervision Inspector. The Construction Site Facilities Shall Be Provided By The Contractor On His Own. After Completion Of Construction And Installation Works, As-Built Documentation Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Employer Should Be Prepared. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit All Notifications About The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works And To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, As Required By Law As Part Of The Investment Being Carried Out. The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Waste Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699 As Amended), Which Should Be Confirmed In The Bdo Database By Providing The Ordering Party With Printed Waste Transfer Cards.
