Description Of The Need For Design Services And Technical Assistance To The Designer During The Execution Of The Works: Following The Updating Of The Technical And Economic Indicators Of The Aforementioned Investment By The Decision Of The Galati County Council No. 153/27.04.2023, Please Approve The Start Of The Procurement Procedure For The Pt+Dde+Cs, Dtoa, Dtoe, Pac Phase Design Services Related To The Investment Objective Rehabilitation And Modernization Of The Regional Transport Infrastructure On The Functional Section E 581 Dj 241 Dj 241A Dj 241G”. The Rehabilitation And Modernization Works Of The County Road Sections Are Necessary Due To The Current Inadequate State Of The Road Surface Consisting Of Degraded Asphalt Pavements, And Also Of The Bridges And Walkways On The Studied Section. For The Restoration Of The Road System And For The Development Of Road Traffic In Safe Conditions, It Is Proposed To Rehabilitate And Modernize The Road System, The Execution Of Rainwater Drainage Systems, Repairs To Existing Bridges And Decks, The Construction Of New Bridges/Decks, Safety Works And Road Signage. The Total Estimated Value Of The Purchase Is 2,015,000 Lei Without Vat, As Follows: • Estimated Value Of Preparation Of Pt+Dde+Cs, Dtoa, Dtoe, Pac: 1,695,000 Lei Without Vat; • Estimated Value Of Technical Assistance From The Designer: 320,000 Lei Without Vat; The Duration Of The Design Documentation Phase Pt+Dde+Cs, Dtoa, Dtoe, Pac Is 3 Months From The Date Of The Order To Start The Services. Technical Assistance Will Be Provided Throughout The Execution Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Project. Clarifications Can Be Requested Within A Period That Will Not Exceed 20 Days Until The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Ac Will Respond Only Once To All Clarification Requests Received Within 11 Days Until The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers.
