Provision Of Overhaul, Rewind, Bearing Replacement, Rotor Dynamic Balancing, Testing & Return Services For Electric Motors, Transformers And Generators Of Various Type, Sizes And Power Rating. Services Rendered Shall Be In Accordance With Oem Specifications, Ieee Standard 1068 And Applicable Industry Standards. B. Rewind Shop Shall Provide Detailed Motor/Alternator Incoming Inspection & Disassembly Report Per Ieee 1068 Appendix A C. Rewind Shop Shall Provide Detailed Motor/Alternator Repair/Rewind Checklist And Final Test Results Per Ieee 1068 Appendix B & N. D. Materials Used For Rewind & Repairs Must Be Specified Per Oem Recommendations And Acceptable To Cnl. Such Materials Shall Include (But Not Limited To) Flat Copper Bars, Round Copper Bars, Rotating Diode Assembly, Surge Suppressors And Other Associated Accessories. E. Rewind Shop Shall Adhere Strictly To The Simplified Workflow & Communication Protocol As Directed By Cnl. Mandatory Requirements: A.
