Production Is Organized Into 7 Product Lines Each Corresponding To An Aircraft. The Purpose Of The Market Is The Global Provision Of Studies, Advice And Services In The Field Of Organization And Scheduling At The Industrial Aeronautics Workshop In Clermont-Ferrand. This Project Is Part Of The Verticalization Program For The Maintenance In Operational Conditions Contracts Of The Air And Space Force Fleets, Which Involves High Requirements In Terms Of Availability And Control Of Deadlines. The Aiacf Wishes To Assess The Opportunity Of A Possible Reorganization Of Its Production Units And Its Support Services. At The Same Time, It Is Planned To Study And Optimize The Schedules And Task Scheduling For The Sites Of Each Product Line.
