The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Design Services And The Execution Of Works For Hdclg4 Establishment And Rehabilitation Of The Water Source, The Transport Pipeline, Pumping Stations, Chlorination Stations, Reservoirs In The Cities Of Simeria, Geoagiu And The Communes Of Harau, Certeju De Sus The Activities That The Contractor Will Perform Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To, The Following Main Services Presented In The Table Of Contents Below And Which Are Described In The Following, Collectively Referred To As The Design Documentation: No. Crt. Deliverable Name 1 Detailed Geotechnical Study 2 Detailed Topographic Study 3 The Hydrogeological Study 4 Technical Execution Design And Execution Details 5 Technical Project For Diverting/Protecting Existing Utility Networks On Site 6 Technical Documentation For Obtaining All Approvals And Agreements 7 Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Construction Authorization 8 Technical Documentation For The Organization Of Execution 9 Asbuilt Technical Project Field And Other Studies, As Appropriate, Will Be Carried Out For The Preparation Of Technical Execution Projects, Including Execution Details That Meet The Quality Requirements Imposed By The Design And Construction Legislation In Force. The Activities That The Contractor Will Carry Out Will Include, But Will Not Be Limited To The Following Works Presented Below: Extension Of The Underground Source Folorat; Supply Pipes And Pumping Stations From The Orlea – Deva – Simeria Branch Water Supply System; Supply Pipes And Pumping Stations From The Geoagiu Water Supply System; Treatment/Chlorination Stations In The Orlea – Deva – Simeria Branch Water Supply System; Treatment/Chlorination Stations In The Geoagiu Water Supply System; Storage Of Treated Water From The Water Supply System Orlea – Deva – Simeria Branch; Storage Of Treated Water From The Geoagiu Water Supply System; Pumping Stations In Water Households From The Orlea – Deva – Simeria Branch Water Supply System; Pumping Stations In The Water Households Of The Geoagiu Water Supply System; Scada System For Water Treatment. As Part Of The Design And Execution Contract, The Following Categories Of Works Will Be Carried Out: Drilling, Supply Pipes, Pumping Stations, Treatment Station, Storage Tanks, Including The Procurement Of The Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Water Supply Systems According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Activity Of The Entrepreneur Refers To: A. Adaptation To The Terrain; B. Construction And Installation Works; C. Supply And Installation Of Machinery And Technological Equipment; D. Testing And Commissioning; E. Monitoring The Operation During The Warranty Period; F. Remedy Of Defects That Occurred During The Warranty Period According To The General Conditions Of The Contract; G. Training Of The Beneficiarys Staff The Duration Of The Contract Is 24 Months. The Guarantee Period Is Added, Which Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Signing Of The Acceptance Report To The Completion Of The Works. The Deadline Until Which The Economic Operators Have The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is: 19 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Deadline By Which The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications: 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
