This Study Is Part Of The Strategy Of This Serviu In The Reuse Of The Properties That Became Available With The Vacancy Of The Houses Of The Los Arrayanes Housing Complex, Product Of The Earthquake Registered In 2010, As Well As The Rest Of The Property, Which Remains Until Today As A Remnant Of The Land Surface Considered In The Original Subdivision, Identifying The Areas That Present The Most Favorable Topographic Conditions For The Construction Of A Housing Complex. In This Context, The Objective Of The Study Of Soil Mechanics Is To Determine And Specify The Ground Conditions, Obtain The Structural Characteristics Of The Subsoil, Specify The Quality Of Its Strata, Determine The Seismic Classification Of The Subsoil And Define Recommendations For The Design Of Foundations. And Treatment Of The Foundation Soil Of The Future Buildings That Will Be Located There, Define Containment Of Land, Slopes, Through The Performance Of Prospecting, Drilling And Test Pits, Geophysical Tests To Measure The Speed Of Shear Waves And The Respective Laboratory Tests Carried Out To The Extracted Samples. The Present Study Will Be Carried Out In 2 Stages, Where The First One Will Attend To The Development Of Surveys And The Second To The Development Of Soil Mechanics Documents.
