Quotation Are Invited For D St, Plant1: Fabrication And Replacement Of Boiler Feed Water Pump And Motor Base Frame For Units 8B & 6C. D Station Feed Water Pump & Motor Base Frame Fabrication And Replacement Work Including Material. D Station Feed Water Pump & Motor Base Frame Need To Fabricate And Replace With The Following Specification And Job Scope: Scope Of Work: 1. Mobilizing And Demobiliz Ing Of Work Force, Equipment, Tools, Consumables Etc. 2. Measurement To Be Taken Prior To The Work. 3. Tools And Equipment: Necessar Y Hand Tools And Equipment Etc 4. Material: All Material Required To Complete The Work. 5. Prefabrication Of Base Frame As Per Drawi Ng And Sample (Site Measurement). Base Frame Must Be Fabricated As Per The Oem Standard Material 6. Base Frame Will Be Fabricated Wi Th I Beam Higher Thickness 7. Decoupling The Motor And Pump 8. Removing The Motor & Pump Including Suction Discharge Flange Opening And Cooling Pipelines 9. Removed Items Keeping In Arranged And In Safe Condition. 10. Removing The Old Base Frame Including Concret E Work And High Quality Of Grouting. 11. Installation Of The Pre-Fabricated New Base Frame With The Initial Site Measurement 12. Ali Gning The Base Frame, Fixing It Including Concrete Work (Core Cutting,Grouting, Casting Etc.) 13. Existing Cooling, Inlet And Outlet Pipeline Cannot Be Modified. 14. Fix Back The Pump & Motor. 15. Alignment Of The Pump And Motor With The Flexibility Of Motor Movem Ent In Future 16. All Auxiliary Pipeline Fix Back And Final Alignment Check. 17. Inlet And Outlet Pipeline Should Be Fixed Back Like Initial Condition Without Any Extra Stress 18. Contractor Should Protect The Plant And Surrounding Area During Work. 19. Submission Of As Build Dimensional Drawing Of The Base 20. Submission Of Complete Method Statements With The Offer. 21. Submission Of Risk Ass Essments Before Starting The Jobs At Site 22. Replacement Work Will Be Carried Out On Site At Jebel Ali Power Station D Station 23. Work Will Be Carried Out As Per Dewa Schedule, Time Will/May Be Different For Each Unit Of Work 24. One Unit Of Measurement Will Be Considered As One Frame Replacement In All Respect Complete 25. M32 X 500Mm Size For The Foundation Bolts Required. Vendor#S Genera L Responsibility And Liabilities: 1. Contractor Shall Provide Supervisory, Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Unskilled Work Force, 2. One Super Visor Should Be At Site During The Work. 3. All Required Tools, Equipment, Consumables Etc. Required To Complete The Job 4. Contract Or Shall Provide All Personal Protective Equipment, First Aid Kit Available, Covid-19 Precautionary Kit At Site During The Course Of Works. 5. Contractor Has To Complete The Work Within The Schedule Provided By Dewa By Increasing His Work Force Or By Round The Clo Ck Work. 6. If Any Existing Pipes, Equipment, Instrument Or Any Establishment Damage/Loss During The Work At Site Will Be Repaired/R Eplaced By The Vendor Without Any Extra Cost. 7. Contractor Shall Follow The Dewa Safety Policy 8. Daily Progress/Review Meeting Al Ong With Dewa 9. Contractor Shall Complete All Activities Within The Mutually Agreed Schedule 10.
