The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization And Restoration Of The Area Around The Canoe Pond In Ustroń, In Particular The Sealing Of The Basin And Embankments And The Renovation Of Sluices, The Construction Of A Gastronomic Service Pavilion With A Canoe Marina, The Construction Of A Fountain, Bridges, Greenery Additions, The Construction Of New Stairs Surfaces, Pavements Of The Blast Furnace Promenade And The Pavement Along Ul. Hutnicza. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Perform Lighting Of The Area And Backlighting, As Well As Equipping The Area With Benches, Seats, Waste Bins, Ramps And Lifts For The Disabled. All Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Employer And The Investors Supervision Inspector. Before Submitting The Offer, The Investor Recommends Getting Acquainted With The Scope And Nature Of The Works In Detail. The Construction Site Facilities Shall Be Provided By The Contractor On His Own. Upon Completion Of The Works, As-Built Documentation Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Employer Should Be Prepared. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit All Notifications About The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works And To Obtain An Occupancy Permit, As Required By Law As Part Of The Investment Being Carried Out. The Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Waste Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 699 As Amended), Which Should Be Confirmed In The Bdo Database By Providing The Ordering Party With Printed Waste Transfer Cards.
