New Construction Of The Youth Center And School Canteen At The Český Krumlov High School. The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Design Work Following On From The Completed Study Of The New Building Of The Youth Center And The School Canteen At The Český Krumlov High School Prepared By The Company Energy Benefit Center A.S., Křenova 438/3, Prague 6. The New Construction Of The Youth Center And School Canteen With Dimensions Of 24 X 24 M With A Connecting Neck Between The Existing Gymnasium Building And The New Building Is Designed As A Passive Building. The Building Will Be Located On A Sloping Plot, With A 1St Floor Layout As Technical Facilities (Warehouses, Changing Rooms, Social Facilities, Supplies) And 3 Floors. The Ground Floor Will House A Kitchen With Facilities, The 1St Floor Will Be Used As A Dining Room With A Capacity Of 162 People With A Separate Staircase And A Lift For The Disabled. The 2Nd Floor And The 3Rd Floor Will Be Shared For Student Accommodation. The Roof Of The Building Will Be Accessible By Stairs And An Elevator, Where There Will Be A Roof Terrace, Pv Power Plant, Hvac Machine Room And Air/Water Heat Pumps. Heating Will Be Provided By Air/Water Heat Pumps, The Existing Gas Boiler Room Of The Gymnasium Will Serve As A Bivalent Heat Source.
