The Public Contract Covers The Design (Architecture And Engineering) And Construction Of The Rogier – Pôle Emploi Project, A Building Comprising Offices For The Cité Des Métiers And The Digital Factory, A Logistics Center For The Cav&Ma And An Underground Car Park, As Well Than Its Surroundings. This Market Also Includes All Services Relating To The Field Of Town Planning, Stability, Management Of Cuttings In Accordance With The Legislation In Force, Special Techniques (Hvac, Electricity, Lighting With Lighting Design), Acoustics, Energy And Environmental Performance (Epb Mission), Interior And Exterior Signage Design, And Safety Coordination. This Contract Will Guarantee Accessibility To All, And More Particularly To People With Reduced Mobility And People With Disabilities, For All The Functional Premises Of The Buildings. The Building Is To Be Built On The Cadastral Plots Located Between The Corner Of Rue Rogier And Rue Lucien Namêche And The Junction With Rue Pépin (Behind Cav&Ma), At A Place Called “Espace Rogier”. This Market Is A Joint Market Between The City Of Namur And The Forem Who Wish To Bring Together In A Single Building, Both The Cité Des Métiers And The Digital Factory, In Addition To A Logistics Center And An Underground Car Park, For Which They Have Each Got Grants.
