The Object Of The Procurement Is Medical Services For The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area. It Is An Electronic Procurement Procedure Designed By The Procurement Unit For Procurements According To Chapter 12 Of The Procurement Act (1397/2016). The System Is Established As A Procedure Similar To The Dynamic Procurement System (Dps). This Is A Request For Participation Regarding Procurement. The Procurement Procedure Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Description Of The Procurement Procedure. Possible Doctors Included In The Scope Of Services (Labour Rental) That Are Tendered In The Procurement System Are Specialists, General Practitioners And Dentists. The Procurement Object Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 2 Of The Request For Participation Description Of The Procurement Object. The Procurement System Is Divided Into Sub-Areas:- Sub-Area 1: Specialists- Sub-Area 2: General Practitioners- Sub-Area 3: Dentists. Applications Are Made By Sub-Area. The Sub-Areas Contain Several Different Target Groups, Between Which Sub-Bids Are Allowed According To The Request For Bids To Be Published Later.
