The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Brzeżno And The Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Connections From Mulite To Chomętówko.2. The Execution Of The Contract Includes The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law: 1) A Section Of The Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Plots 10/3, 10/6, 10/11, 13/2 , 228/3, 259 Precinct 0071 Brzeżno;2) The Mulite-Chomętówko Water Supply Network With Connections In Plots 225, 226, 232, 235 Precinct 0066 Chomętowo And 34/6, 43/1, 46 Precinct 0070 Mulite.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Two Functional And Utility Programs (Fup) - Constituting Appendix No. 7 To This Specification.4. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Design - I.E. Develop - In Accordance With The Regulations - Complete Design Documentation For The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Brzeżno And Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Connections From Mulite To In The Village Of Chomętówko In The Scope Of All Industries Along With The Required Arrangements And Permits, Preparation Of An Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works, Obtaining A Building Permit On Its Basis On Behalf Of The Employer Or No Objection. 2) Construction - I.E. Execution, On The Basis Of An Approved By The Employer Of The Design Documentation For The Above Investment Task, Construction Works Related To Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System With Connections In Brzeżno And Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Connections From Mulite To Chomętówko Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, To The Extent Enabling Obtaining, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law , Permits For The Use Of Facilities And The Use Of These Facilities In Accordance With Their Intended Use. 3) Ensuring Authors Supervision - I.E. Performing Authors Supervision By Designers (Project Authors) Throughout The Duration Of The Investment, In Particular By: Participation Of Designers In Working Meetings During The Implementation Of Works (On The Construction Site), Entries In The Construction Log, Verification Of The As-Built Documentation In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Actual Execution Of The Works. Verification Of The Documentation Will Be Confirmed By A Statement Of Designers - Authors Of The Design, Attached To The As-Built Documentation.5.
