The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Have Supply Contracts For Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy Supplies Compatible With Diapact Crrt Equipment, And They Must Be Compatible With The Diapact Crrt Equipment Found In Cr. Upc And Is Owned By The Hospital And That Allow The Timely Supply Of The Products Necessary For The Care Of Hospital Users For The Years 2024 - 2026, In The Circumstances That These Products Were Not Provided By The National Service Supply Center Of Health, Nor Are They Available In Electronic Catalogs Of The Framework Agreement Or In The Coordinated And/Or Joint Purchases Of The Ministry Of Health, Or Their Acquisition Is Disadvantageous With Respect To The Result Of This Tender, Whose Most Advantageous Conditions Will Be Informed In The Corresponding Opportunity To The Purchasing Department, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 15 Of D.S. No. 250, Of 2004, Of The Ministry Of Finance. The Aforementioned Supply Contract Will Be Made Effective Whenever Necessary, Through The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Sent To The Awarded Supplier Through The Www.Mercadopublico.Cl Platform.
