Clarification Requests Received By The Contracting Entity After The Specified Deadline Will Not Be Considered. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To All Requests For Clarifications/Additional Information (Received On Time) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 173 Of Law 99/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Respectively 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
