Oilc Provides Customer Focused Real Estate Services To The Ontario Government, Including Strategic Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Property And Land Management, And Capital Projects.The Scope Of Work Is A Full Equipment Modernization Of The Judicial And Prisoner Elevators Which Includes The Following: Replace The Controller, Drive, Machine, Fixtures, Door Operator, Travel Cable,Governor, Guide Shoes. The Work Also Includes The Replacement Of The Door Operators, Door Detectors, Replacing Hall Door Interlocks, Beaks, Connecting Rods And Pickup Rollers, And Installing Lunar Key Access On All Floors For Inspectors, Field Personnel, And The Fire Department. Work To Be Completed During Normal Working Hours And After Hours. One Elevator Is To Be Completed At A Time. Construction Work Cannot Start Until The Work Of Project 1088019-273395 Elevator-Public Passengers Renewal Is Complete With Substantial Performance On November 08, 2024.
